Americo Manufacturing Co. has been acquired by specialty filtration medias manufacturer Fibrix Filtration for an undisclosed sum.
Per the terms of the agreement, the two organizations will form a new corporate entity—Clean Solutions Group (CSG). Fibrix and Americo will continue operations as subsidiaries of CSG, which will be led by current Fibrix CEO Kevin White. Americo’s executive leadership team will remain in place and the company’s Americo and PromoMatting brands will maintain present production, fulfillment, and shipping operations in its Georgia and California facilities. With the new partnership, Americo will also add additional manufacturing and warehousing capabilities in North Carolina and Texas.
