Golden Star Inc. has acquired Lafitte Mop Co. Inc. and Amarillo Mop & Broom in separate transactions.

The purchase of the Villa Rica, Georgia-based Lafitte Mop and the Amarillo, Texas-based Amarillo Mop expands Golden Star’s manufacturing capabilities and client base.
