  • Shop.iSanico.com – Redesign of the Order History page to show orders placed outside of the website (call-ins, emails, fax, etc) in addition to the orders placed on the website that are currently displaying.

Shop.iSanico.com Changelog and Bugfixes

  • 10/17/2024 Added Albany warehouse to inventory inquiry.
  • 5/23/2024 Fixed a problem in inventory logic that left certain products without inventory updates.
  • 5/10/2024 Per customer feedback, shopping carts now persist through login sessions. If items are left in shopping cart, the cart will load upon next login.
  • 2/21/2024 Fixed the problem that was causing the inventory to not update correctly.
  • 12/22/2023 Fixed an issue that was preventing the Invoices screen from updating with new invoices.
  • 4/20/2023 Added reps to accounts to receive real-time order confirmations.
  • 4/18/2023 Identified and corrected an issue preventing new account requests from successfully registering in the site.
  • 4/14/2023 Fixed an issue preventing some users from receiving email notifications.
  • 4/13/2023 Changed the “Order History” to show only orders placed on the Shop.iSanico.com website. This is temporary as we build out a new report to combine website orders with orders placed via email, fax or phone.
  • 4/12/2023 Added a link to this Feedback page in the Welcome section of the homepage.
  • 4/3/2023 Imported saved shopping lists / custom order forms from previous site.
