Inc. and Amarillo Mop &amp; Broom in separate transactions.<\/p>\n<p>The purchase of the Villa Rica, Georgia-based Lafitte Mop and the Amarillo, Texas-based Amarillo Mop expands Golden Star\u2019s manufacturing capabilities and client base. Per the terms of the deals, Golden Star will assume all account information, manufacturing, and order fulfillment responsibilities for both organizations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy acquiring these two organizations, Golden Star is strategically positioned to bring more value to our customers.
