The public is invited to vote for its top pick from a group of five finalists in two grade categories (K-5 and 6-12) at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/happyhands.scjp.com\/en-us\/vote\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/happyhands.scjp.com\/en-us\/vote<\/a>&nbsp;through February 28.
